It is specially desined for
post-secondary students, who knows that the next year onwards every college student having their own TPC's. that means, the subject of the syllabus in form of digital content or it may be in E-Book format can be included in the TPC's. My question is that will the students borrow books? Will they come to the library? Will library remain in a Institution?
